Do you sleep on your side? If yes, you should get the best memory foam pillow for side sleepers.
Sleeping on one’s side can often be awkward and uncomfortable. My knees knocked against each other and I slept on my hands (not the best idea for my carpal tunnel). And then there’s my side and my pelvic bones digging into the mattress, and my neck getting a crick from the wrong pillow height.
Getting the right pillow made a huge difference. Because it is designed especially for the way that you sleep at night, it provides the right balance of comfort and support. Ever since I switched to a new memory foam pillow, I’ve had better and deeper sleep. Often, I just wake up in the morning surprised that I didn’t wake up several times in the night as I used to before.
I’ve listed below my favorite recommendations for memory foam pillows for people like me who sleep on their side. Sweet dreams!

#7: Good Life Essentials Hypoallergenic
Available in three sizes, this pillow offers a good balance between being soft and being supportive, although some individuals may find it a little on the firm side – if you like a firmer pillow, this obviously won’t be a problem, but not everyone is a firm pillow fan. If you like to be able to bunch your pillows up, this may not be the pillow for you.
As a hypoallergenic pillow, this is good for those who find their sleep disrupted by allergies.

- May be too firm for some people’s tastes
- Tends to shift around the head and neck, rather than conforming to them.

As memory foam pillows go, this isn’t a bad price, and if you like a firmer pillow, could be a good purchase.

#6: Xtreme Comforts Slim Hypoallergenic
While this pillow isn’t as thick as the standard Xtreme Comforts pillows, it is still a fairly substantial pillow, though not overfilled. If you suffer from neck pain, however, it doesn’t offer the support needed.
It is also necessary to have a tumble dryer in order to fluff this pillow up, as it cannot readily be done by hand.

While this is an affordable memory foam pillow, it isn’t suited for those without tumble dryers, so you should bear this in mind when making you choice.
